Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are working toward expanding to international destinations in the near future.

  • Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 PM (EST) are typically processed the same or next business day.
  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
  • Note: We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Method

  • Delivery Time: 5 – 7 business days
  • Delivery time may vary based on location and seasonal demand.

3. Carriers We Use

We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Items returned to sender
If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address:
  • A re-shipping fee will be required to resend it
  • If unclaimed within 30 days, items may be disposed of without refund

6. Lost or Missing Packages

Once your item is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for:
  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • Items forwarded or redirected by customer request
If your tracking shows the package has not been delivered or has been in transit beyond 15 business days:
  • Contact us with your order number
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund
