We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is in the works and will be available soon.

- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM (EST) are typically processed the same or next business day.
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the following business day.
Note: We do not ship or process orders on U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Method:
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (may vary by location and season).

3. Carriers:
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

4. Shipping Cost:
- Flat rate: $6.99 on all U.S. orders
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees

5. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Items returned to sender

If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address:
- A re-shipping fee will apply to send it again.
- If unclaimed within 30 days, the order may be discarded without a refund.

6. Lost or Missing Packages:
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
We are not liable for:
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery
- Items forwarded/redirected per customer request

If your package is missing and tracking shows no delivery or it’s been in transit over 15 business days:
- Contact us with your order number
- We’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier
- If confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund

Returns + Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation screenshot)
  • Reason for the return
  • If the item is defective or damaged, please include a photo or video for quicker processing

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, any return shipping costs may be deducted from the final amount.
